Booking & Cancellation Policy

We’re all about serving our wonderful clients and we understand that your time is valuable, just like ours. To ensure no one misses out on their desired appointments, when making an online booking, we require a 25% deposit fee to secure your appointment. This deposit will then be deducted from your final service charge.

Please note we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will credit your deposit towards your next service.

Of course, we get that life is busy, and we will always be as accommodating as we can when unforeseen circumstances arise. However, we simply ask you to be courteous and give us as much notice as possible. To help you stay organised, we’ll send you a friendly reminder text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
